Bedazzling!

I mentioned in my last post that I'm admiring the strength and length of my natural nails lately, but I don't think you understand how badly I'm smitten by them.  It's been a long time since my natural nails have looked this good (thanks a lot, motherhood!), and I just want to SHOUT FROM A MOUNTAIN TOP! before they break. 

I've never been the type to go and get my nails done frequently (I'm too cheap for that), and when I was younger I was really into doing my own acrylics.  But after awhile it just became too much work and bad for my natural nails, and I'm a simple girl at heart, though you might not believe it with the way I like to "Bedazzle" my nails.

I'm actually stuck in the 80s and love to "Pimp" my nails anywhere from zebra print to rhinestones to gold decals, I'm not afraid to bring things up a notch in tackiness.  This week though I went a little out of my comfort zone due to the Touring America OPI collection that I bought, and I tried a color that I wouldn't normally wear - Pink.  It's officially called "My Address is Hollywood" which I think is very fitting.  Of course, even though the color is loud for me, I still had to "Bedazzle" it.  But I decided to bedazzle it "tamely".  Yes friends, glitter and hearts qualify as "tame" for me. LOL!
