It was a great month of turkey-eating, starting Christmas decorations and Tater's first birthday decorations, and Tater started walking using his push walker!  Tater has also developed a crush on Qori!

What a month!  The past month of October was filled with brotherly love (quickly followed by brotherly brawls), 2-yr old tantrums, me missing my golden retriever while he stays with my parents, my inlaws enjoying time spent with the kiddos, and pumpkins, pumpkins, PUMPKINS!

Ooops!  I missed last month's recap in phone pics.  I think that Mateo's separation anxiety had me really busy and on edge last month.  Although his separation anxiety is still alive and kickin', my mother inlaw is a big help and I've been less stressed, so voila!  September pics!

Month in Phone Pics- July 2012 Recap

Goodbye July!!!

Diego gets a lesson in static electricity; A girl could get used to Tater holding his own bottle and sitting on his own!; the boys have a play date; I have a crafting date with myself and make an awesome growth chart; I find my lost slippers in the backyard (if you're a dog owner you know my plight!)

My hair has been cooperating, but lactation has not. 

I'm being overpaid how much?!!!!  I'm so depressed, I go shopping. 

Mateo tries the sandbox on for size while his non-sand-loving big brother would rather play with the dog door.

Another benefit to Mateo sitting, I can bathe them together and save time!  The landscaping goats come back behind our yard - Qori guards the fence.  Simultaneous milk drinking and delicious naps and crackers. 

And that's what my July was like!

Month In Phone Pics - June Recap!

Hey all!  I've been MIA for the past week because I was on vacation and the days caught up with me before I left.  If you follow me on Instagram (@goldendreemz), then these pics are old news but you get a sneak peek of our vacation at the bottom.  More vacation pics to come later!

Matayto Potato cuts his first tooth and starts eating solids.   My mom's botched May birthday present finally comes in (sea horse necklace).  Diego and Mateo start playing together - aw so cute!  Father's Day canvases come in the mail for my Hubby.  My parents vacation in Europe for 2 weeks and send us a post card (who still sends postcards?).  I start getting ready for our own vacation by water-proofing my Iphone.

Arts & crafts:  I make Instagram photo canvases, Matayto Potato eats my parents' post card (he's taking this eating solids thing very seriously), Happy Father's Day (My father and me!) Diego enjoys sunny days on the deck with his Kindle Fire, Working from home means the boys need machines of their own, volunteering at the San Francisco Food Bank.

Senor Frogs!  Snorkeling in a coral reef.  Pirate cruise, Arg!  Mayan ruins of Chichen Itza

Aquatic parks of Xcaret & Xel-Ha.  Day trip to Isla Mujeres.

Enjoying our last day at the resort (with a few temper tantrums here and there).  Someone makes a mistake because we fly first class all the way back home (Score!).  Cancun: Arial view.  Re-united with my little cherub back in SF (all smiles)!

Mac had a skateboard accident that landed us in the ER.  The Powers that Be had pity on me because Mateo slept through the whole ordeal.  PS.  No broken bones.  Yay!

Boys will be brothers:  Diego started requesting to hold his brother.  Mateo won't sleep-in (to my weekend dismay), Mateo starts solids and starts testing out his wheeled walker.

The boy's closet is installed (Thanks Hubby!), a few things I've ingested this month, Diego "helps" Qori eat his kibbles, someone walks on our fresh cement (I hate stupid people), Qori hides the last piece of muffin that I COULD have eaten, Qori gives me a BIG peace offering when I get home, My mother's birthday gift gets botched; it was supposed to be a seahorse necklace!

Month in Phone Pics - April Recap

It was a good month!

Out at a nice park with Diego's cousin (showing off his tat).  Eeyore gets left behind during the crazy thunder storms, poor guy no wonder he's always so gloomy!  Hubby finds a free baby jogger.  I return to work and ask the janitorial service to vacuum confetti stars. 

Mateo (4 mos) is in a Carter's 9 month onsie!  Fits him like a glove! Diego plays on our deck and ingests his first chocolate Easter bunny while I ingest a delicious frozen adult drink (the bright side about pumping milk)

Diego doesn't just co-sleep with Dada!  What is it about kids and adults' shoes?  I get my Iphone upgraded at work and the rest of April's phone pics get a face lift as a result (see the difference below!)

I buy ME and Diego a huge slurpie at the zoo, but he ends up drinking the WHOLE thing.  Luckily you get free refills at the SF Zoo.  Grandma gives Qori a haircut because of the heat.  I crave my drinkable yogurt on hot days and provide proof to show how hard I work.

Mateo's smiles prove he is the polar opposite of his older brother when it's bath time.  I receive a special "urgent" request to draw a choo-choo as dinner is burning, hence the reason that last caboose didn't quite come out as a square.  Beautiful day at the SF Zoo.

Qori gets a special trip to the beach to do what he loves best.  I gave him a shower when we got home, only for him to escape to the yard and roll in dirt. Such is my life.

Weekend getaway to wine country.

House remodel status.  Paint on walls and flooring!

Mateo is starting to use his activity chair.  Diego takes naps and tries to fly his helicopter with a mismatched $1.00 remote from the Goodwill.

Diego is a wise guy for photos.  Mateo starts grasping at his toys.  We baby sit my sister's dog who had cancer surgery; Diego decided his cone was a great toy storage.  Simultaneous brotherly naps and tummy times.

Diego plays at his speech therapy waiting room and with his new Thomas the Train toy that I bought him at a consignment event.  I try to curl my hair using the no heat sock bun method.  A picture of mama bear at Diego's speech therapy.  A delicious San Francisco ice cream:  Espresso Chip. Yum!
